Wolt has begun offering Costco Iceland products for home delivery, allowing customers to order directly from the retailer’s Garðabær warehouse and receive goods in under an hour.
According to a recent press release from the company, the service is available seven days a week.
The partnership marks the first time Costco has worked with Wolt in Europe, alongside a similar trial in Sweden, and could lead to wider expansion.
“Speed and convenience”

Shoppers can now buy Costco’s well-known bulk items, from fresh food and household essentials to electronics and personal care products, without travelling to the warehouse or queueing at checkout.
A notable feature of the deal is that Wolt customers do not need a Costco membership to shop, although members still benefit from lower prices.
Jóhann Már Helgason, Head of Commercial for Wolt Iceland, said the move combines “the great value and variety that Costco offers with the speed and convenience of Wolt delivery”.
Orders can be placed through the Wolt app or website. Costco members can enter their membership number to unlock member-only deals before checkout.
