Reykjavík’s annual Pride Parade is today, and will start at 2:00 PM right by the Harpa concert hall. The parade route will travel from Sæbraut and Faxastígur, through Kalkofnsvegur, Lækjargata, and Fríkirkjuvegur. It will conclude near Hljómskálagarður park by Tjörnin pond, where an outdoor concert will start around 3:30 PM.
The Pride Parade is a much-beloved and very well-attended event—some 40 – 90,000 people have attended in years past.
