Young Entrepreneurs Win International Competition

The Icelandic company Magma, founded last year at the Commercial College of Iceland, emerged victorious from the silver jubilee of the JA-YE Europe Company of the Year Competition 2014 in Tallinn, Estonia, last week.

The project that won them first place was the design of handmade shot glasses, made from lava and black clay. There was no monetary award, but the team members have all been offered places at the Estonian Business School with a full scholarship, reports.

The Icelandic team competed against the victors of national entrepreneurial competitions from 37 countries across Europe.
