Womanizer’s Semen Soon Available

By Iceland Review

Thick neck, handsome head, and broad shoulders, full of flesh; those are qualities which make you eligible in Iceland―if you are a ram, that is. This is how Borkó from the farm Bær (Farm) in Árneshreppur is described in a ram report, published by the Icelandic Agricultural Advisory Center, RÚV reports. He is white, with fine horns, and said to produce mature lambs with good thigh muscle and a thick back muscle. He is named after the Icelandic musician Borko. There is no mention of the ram’s musical talent.

Borkó the ram is the offspring of Púki (Demon) from Bergsstaðir in Vatnsnes and Gjóta (Hole), and his female offspring are proven to be extremely fertile and producing good milk.

Good as he may sound, though, Borkó doesn’t come close to Bósi (Womanizer) from Þóroddsstaðir in Hrútafjörður―the most popular ram two years ago. Popularity in the world of rams is not measured by how well your record sells. It’s your semen that counts. Womanizer sold over 2,000 portions of semen that year. His superiority lies in his female offspring, endowed with fertility and milk production rarely seen in sheep.

The time for insemination is approaching. Semen from Womanizer and his competitors will be shipped between December 1 and December 21.
