The employees of 112 contacted the police asking them to intervene so that they could respond to genuine emergency phone calls, ruv.is reports.
The woman was taken to a prison cell.
This is not the first time that the police have been called up to assist with non-emergency calls to the employees of 112. In October last year the police arrested a drunk man in his thirties after he called the hotline 50 times over a short period.
