Volcano Doc to be Screened across North America

The documentary Living with Lava, which tells the stories of people living in the vicinity of three of Iceland’s volcanoes, has been selected as the 2013-2014 Icelandic National League of North America’s Donald K. Johnson Icelandic Film Series.

The film will be shown in communities across North America, including Toronto, Gimli, Winnipeg and Seattle.

The film, directed by Theo Maximilian Goble, was awarded the prize of first runner-up in the category Documentary Feature at the Reel to Real Film Festival in Winnipeg, Canada, earlier this year.

The film was produced by Dragomir Dragostinov and Alfred Georg Alfredsson.
