Viewpoint 71

Grótta on the peninsula Seltjarnarnes, just west of Reykjavík, is a favorite place among locals to go walking or to enjoy the view across the bay to Esja mountain. The area is also rich in birdlife. Technically a tiny island which becomes inaccessible at high tide, Grótta is also home to a lighthouse.
