IR photographer Páll Stefánsson took the following image of a new artwork on Borgartún during a break in the snowfall yesterday. In the background is Höfði, the location for the 1986 Reykjavík Summit meeting of presidents Ronald Reagan and Mikhail Gorbachev, which marked the beginning of the end of the Cold War.
