Video: Ben Stiller Reveals His Affection for Iceland

US actor-director Ben Stiller said in an interview on ABC talk show Jimmy Kimmel Live! on Wednesday that he had recently been in Iceland to work on his film The Secret Life of Walter Mitty and that he had enjoyed his stay there.

“The sun never goes down there and the people are very good looking,” Stiller told Kimmel. Among locations for his movie were the villages Höfn in the southeast, Seyðisfjörður in the east and Stykkishólmur in the west, as reported in IR Street Edition.

Australian actor Russell Crowe has also been in Iceland, shooting scenes for Darren Aronofsky’s Noah. He recently tweeted that although he found Reykjavík to be “gorgeous” it was too compact for serious cycling.
