A video clip showing British TV show Top Gear on their excursion to the erupting Eyjafjallajökull last April has been put on the video website Youtube, mbl.is reports.

The excursion caused quite a controversy at the time. Many thought that the crew and their Icelandic tour guides were not being cautious enough, venturing extremely close to the site of the eruption.
A specially equipped SUV was, for example, taken for a spin in the fresh, scorching hot lava, causing one of its tires to catch fire. However, all went well in the end.
