Three of Iceland’s foremost metal bands, Momentum, Angist and Moldun, are currently touring France. The first concert was in Rennes on Wednesday and the tour will conclude in Paris on Sunday.

In three of the six concerts, the bands will be supporting French heavyweights Le Esprit du Clan, who visited Iceland in 2010, as well as appearing at a festival in Nancy along with the legendary death/thrash metal outfit Loudblast, icelandmusic.is reports.
The touring party will also be present at La Jimi, a conference/music fair, for the independent music business. There, the Icelandic bands will have a booth to represent Iceland and promote the country and its music.
