The Icelandic Met Office has issued a strong gale warning for South Iceland today and for most areas of the country tomorrow.
Easterly winds of 18-25 m/sec are expected in the afternoon, along with rain. The strongest winds will be in South Iceland, but lighter wind and mostly clear in the north. Decreasing wind and precipitation tonight.
South-easterly winds of 15-23 m/sec tomorrow afternoon with occasional rain, but mostly dry in the north. Temperatures will range from 3 to 8˚ (37-46˚F).
