Straumur sells its share in Artumas

Iceland based investment bank Straumur-Burdarás sold its share in Canadian energy company Artumas Group this week, which was registered in the Oslo stock exchange.

According to Fréttabladid, Straumur-Burdarás owned a six percent share in the company, which is estimated as worth over ISK 600 million (EUR 6,653, USD 8,755).

Straumur-Burdarás is owned by Iceland’s “first billionaire” Björgólfur Thor Björgólfsson. Artumas generates and distributes energy in east Africa.
