Star Wars, Episode VIII, will be shot in Iceland, according to vulture.com.
The film will be written and directed by Rian Johnson, and most of the actors from The Force Awakens, which premiered in December, will return. Daisy Ridley, John Boyega, Oscar Isaac, Gwendoline Christie, Mark Hamill, and Carrie Fisher will all be act in the movie.
Vulture.com states that production will take place in Iceland and in London.
The film comes out on May 26, 2017.
This will be the third Star Wars film to be shot in Iceland, since scenes for the seventh episode were shot here, as well as Star Wars: Rogue One, which was filmed here last fall.
