Both top teams, Keflavík and Snæfell, won their matches. Snæfell from Stykkishólmur, Snæfellsnes peninsula, is the standing Icelandic champion.
Keflavík beat Haukar from Hafnarfjörður, 73-60, which is in third place, while Snæfell beat KR from the west end of Reykjavík big at home 74-48.
Grindavík beat Breiðablik from Kópavogur 89-64 and Valur from Reykjavík beat Hamar from Hveragerði, South Iceland, 65-54, visir.is reports.
