Sigur Rós at MoMa

The Icelandic rock band Sigur Rós will hold a concert at the Museum of Modern Art (MoMa) in New York on June 17.

The concert is a part of the MoMa’s concert series “Pop Rally”. Sigur Rós’s concert will also be in co-operation with Ólafur Elíasson’s visual arts exhibition at the museum. Elíassson’s exhibition is named “Take your Time”.

The concert on the June 17 is part of Sigur Rós’s current US tour in the US which is promoting their latest album, Med sud í eyrum vid spilum endalaust (With buzz in ears we play forever). The first single from the album, Gobbledigook, is available for download at www.sigurros.com
