Iceland’s representative at this year’s event, Katrín Sigurðardóttir, designed what is described in a press release as “a large-scale sculptural intervention, Foundation … The artist has created a floating platform covered by an ornate, baroque-inspired design, measuring approximately 90 square meters.”

The exhibition runs through November 24 after which the artwork will be put on show at Hafnarhús in Reykjavík, ruv.is reports.
