Sequences Art Festival in Full Swing

The Sequences Real Time Art Festival, which began on April 1, will continue throughout this weekend. The festival focuses on performance art and a number of performances are scheduled today and tomorrow with galleries remaining open until Sunday evening.

Today Freyja Björg Ólafsson will perform her piece “Avatar” at the Reykjavík Art Museum – Hafnarhús lecture hall at 3 pm and at 4 pm the duo Directrix will perform in a public space in the city center (the location is stated on sequences.is).

Tomorrow Fridgeir Einarsson will perform the monologue “Ekkert í Salnum” (“Nothing in the Room”) in the Nordic House at 3 pm and at 9 pm Páll Ívan Pálsson will perform an interactive artwork in Gallery Dvergur on Grundarstígur 21.
