The second issue of I&I – Issues and Images of Iceland 2007, a magazine published by the Trade Council of Iceland, is hot off the press and available for free downloading.
The magazine highlights political, economic and cultural life in Iceland, includes profiles of prominent artists or athletes, as well as features on the best tourist destinations.
The outcome of the parliamentary elections, which took place earlier this month, is covered in detail and includes an in-depth article about the organization of the new governmental administration and ministers.
In an article entitled “The Best of the West,” the Westfjords are presented as a special place “often left out by tourists, but will not leave any visitor untouched.”
