Screamed for Help from a Church Tower

The Reykjavík police was called out twice yesterday for rather unusual cases. In the first one a man in a church tower was reported in serious danger. People passing the church had heard his pleas for help.

When police arrived on the scene the man was indeed found, but rather than saving a man in grave danger they found themselves on the scene of a movie.

The second instance a man was more severe. A man had been hit with a golf club and was seriously injured. However the culprit turned out to be a golfer practicing his swing. The innocent victim had simply stood too close.
