Among the city’s highlights, according to CNN, are the swimming pools, Winter Lights Festival and skating on Tjörnin pond.
The other cities to make the list are Prague, Salzburg, Tromso, Amsterdam, Nagano, Berlin, Ottawa, Washington D.C. and Edinburgh.
