Police were called out to Keflavík International Airport this morning to search for a drunk passenger, mbl.is reports.
He had arrived onboard a flight from Montreal and was on his way to Paris with his girlfriend. During the flight to Keflavík, the man had consumed a great deal of alcohol.
Once the couple arrived in Keflavík, the girlfriend said she lost control of him and eventually lost sight of him completely.
After searching the airport, police found the boyfriend, visibly drunk and restless. He was transported to the Keflavík Police Station, where he slept until he had sobered up.
