Police Continue Investigation into Langjökull Accident

The man who died in a ski-doo accident on Langjökull glacier, in the western highlands, last week suffered from a sudden acute illness, which probably caused him to lose control of the vehicle, according to a preliminary autopsy.

The man, a tourist from Taiwan, was on a tour of the glacier when the accident occurred. His wife, who was sitting behind him, suffered injuries which were not considered severe.

The police’s investigation into the accident is ongoing, visir.is reports.
