American musician Paul Simon, best known for the eponymous band Simon and Garfunkel, will perform in concert in Laugardalshöll sports hall in Reykjavík on July 1.
Simon and Garfunkel released some immortal hits like “Mrs. Robinson” and “Bridge over Troubled Water,” Morgunbladid reports.
Simon has also had a successful solo career with his 1975 hit “50 Ways to Leave Your Lover,” from 1975. He has received many Grammy Awards, both with Garfunkel and as a solo artist.
