Award-winning Icelandic actor Ólafur Darri Ólafsson has been cast in Breck Eisner’s upcoming supernatural thriller The Last Witch Hunter, where he will be playing one of the witches antagonizing Vin Diesel and Rose Leslie’s characters.
Diesel will portray the titular witch hunter with Leslie of Game of Thrones fame as the witch Diesel’s character is forced to partner up with in order to protect the human race from the wrath of the witches.
Michael Caine and Elijah Wood are also confirmed as starring in the film, The Wrap reports.
Ólafur Darri recently starred in Ben Stiller’s The Secret Life of Walter Mitty, and portrayed the protagonist in Baltasar Kormákur’s The Deep, which made it onto the Oscar foreign film shortlist.
