Icelandic girl-band Nylon has reached the top of the UK dance charts with their cover of the Eurhythmics hit ‘Sweet Dreams,’ according to a press release by music publishing company Concert. The charts are published in weekly magazine MusicWeek, which will be released tomorrow.
Nylon was formed around two years ago by music manager Einar Bárdarsson and has been making steady inroads into the UK, supporting Westlife on tour, among others. Nylon is currently touring with British band McFly.
