Harwood reports that in the bay of Skjálfandaflói various whale species can be spotted on a regular basis and the local whale museum also scores high, ruv.is reports.
Other whale watching locations that made it to Harwood’s list include Lofoten in north Norway and Vancouver Island in Canada.
