The Nordic House is running its Christmas calendar performances again this year. As in previous years, performances take place daily at 12:34 from December 1 until December 23. The order in which the artists will perform is not revealed beforehand but rather day by day by opening a new window on the calendar.
The calendar, which was designed by Hugleikur Dagsson, is located in the front hall in the Nordic House.
The list of this year’s performers are: Eiríkur Örn Norðdahl, Hrafnhildur Arnardóttir a.k.a Shoplifter, Steindór Andersen and Hilmar Örn, Bjartmar Guðlaugsson, Spottarnir, Lúsíukórinn, Heiðrún Ólafsdóttir, Blágresi and Einar Már Guðmundsson, Huginn Þór Arason, Mikael Lind, Rökkurró, Úlfur Hansson, Myrra Rós, Brynhildur Guðjónsdóttir, Tarmo Rouhianen, Gerður Kristný, Jóga og eplaskífur, Robert the Roomaet, Guðrún Eva Mínervudóttir, Moses Hightower, Lára Rúnars, Eva María Jónsdóttir and Podium.
Each performance is around 20 minutes in length and is free of charge. Attendees are offered jólaglögg (mulled wine) and piparkökur (ginger nut biscuits).
