The 3rd annual Nordic Film Festival begins at the Nordic House today.
The event opens with a workshop on Swedish-Icelandic cooperation in the film industry at 2 pm and a screening of When the Raven Flies (1984) directed by Hrafn Gunnlaugsson. The Swedish Film Institute distributed the film and was among its producers.
All films shown during the festival, which runs until April 22, are free and shown with English subtitles.
