A night of standup comedy, performed in English by Icelandic comedians Sveinn Waage and Rökkvi Vésteinsson, will take place at Batteríid in downtown Reykjavík on Thursday, August 13.

Waage and Vésteinsson are both experienced at doing standup in English and they promise to, “rock the stage with their wicked sense of humor.”
After the comedy show Batteríid will turn into a karaoke bar, open to everyone who wants to give singing a try. The comedians will also participate.
The gig starts at 9:30 pm and admission is ISK 1,000 (USD 8, EUR 5). Batteríid is located on Naustin 1 (between Dubliner and Sódóma).
