Iceland Review has a new publisher. On January 1, long-time publisher of the magazine Benedikt Jóhannesson left his post to devote himself to his new job as a member of Alþingi, the Icelandic parliament. He was replaced by Jóhannes Benediktsson.
Jóhannes has been an educator for many years, organizing and teaching classes on various subjects. His experience in publishing and journalism includes having worked as a magazine editor.
He holds a master’s degree in engineering from the Technical University of Denmark.
