The Icelandic Sea Swimming Tournament was held in Nauthólsvík, Raykjavík yesterday afternoon; 40 swimmers participated in the event.

The tournament was divided in events including a one-kilometer swim, three-kilometer swim in wetsuits and three-kilometer swim in regular bathing suits. All participants completed the event or events they signed up for, Morgunbladid reports.
Members of the Kayak Club were among those monitoring swimmers during the events. The sea temperature was 13°C or 55°F.
