The campaign Hjól í huga (‘bike in mind’) which was launched on Monday, aims to increase awareness about cyclists among drivers.
The Icelandic Automobile Association (FÍB) released the below advertisement featuring a naked cyclist in connection with the launch.
The man is seen riding naked around Reykjavík. The idea, which comes from the campaign Think Bike! in the UK, is to highlight how ‘naked’ cyclists are in traffic.
FÍB also printed 50,000 yellow stickers to put on cars to remind drivers about bicycles on the road.
