More Icelandic Books Published Abroad

The children’s book Aldrei ad vita (“Who Knows?”) by Icelandic author Gudrún Helgadóttir has been released in Denmark. It is the last book in a trilogy and the other two have already appeared on the Danish market.

Icelandic crime novelist Arnaldur Indridason has enjoyed worldwide success and now another of his books, Silence of the Grave, has been published in China. Last year a Chinese version of Tainted Blood was released.

Meanwhile, the thriller Daybreak by Viktor Arnar Ingólfsson has hit the Czech market. The book inspired the Icelandic murder mystery series I Hunt Men, which enjoyed considerable popularity in Iceland.
