Tickets to Of Monsters and Men’s upcoming North American tour have been selling fast with most dates already sold out. The tour consists of 26 concerts over one month. The tour kicks off with the South By South West festival in Texas next week. Two days ago, 21 concerts had already sold out, Fréttablaðið reports.

This is the band’s first tour and in many cases the concerts have been re-located to larger venues due to strong demand. This great interest in the band does not come out of nowhere. Their single Into the Woods was very well received. It came in high on the Billboard-charts and on the iTunes-charts. The hit Little Talks was the group’s song that most independent radio stations started playing last week.
Singer Nanna Bryndís says that she is looking forward to the trip. “We have never set aside a whole month to play every single night. This will be a rather big change for us but we will come out of this with a lot of experience. We have no idea what we are getting into but hopefully we will be just fine.”
