The Icelandic band Of Monsters and Men have been nominated for the MTV Video Music Awards, which will be announced during a ceremony in Los Angeles on September 6.

The band is nominated in the category Best Art Direction for the video to their song “Little Talks”, mbl.is reports.
The other artists who are nominated in the same category are Katy Perry, Drake, Lana Del Rey and Regina Spektor.
Of Monsters and Men have enjoyed incredible success in the US and elsewhere with their debut, My Head is an Animal.
