Around 75 percent of people registered with the unemployment office in Iceland from 2009 to 2013 were in work or study in autumn last year, according to a survey by the Directorate of Labor.
Among those who were not in work or study, there were more men than women, more individuals of foreign origin, and more in the age group 45 years or older, ruv.is reports.
