A man in his forties has confessed to setting fire to a building that housed an auto body shop on Grettisgata, near downtown Reykjavík, RÚV reports. The building was severely damaged in fire on March 7. No one was injured in the fire.
According to police, the man has psychological problems and is receiving medical treatment.
Police investigation revealed that another man, arrested at the scene, did not set fire to the building.
