Icelandic Rock Star Supernova contestant Magni Ásgeirsson will miss his first US concert organized by the realtiy television series due to problems with his visa application.
The “house band,” featuring Magni and other unsuccessful contestants from this summer’s reality show, is scheduled to warm up for the band Supernova in the US next week.
Magni said in an interview with RÚV that his band’s lawyers had made a mistake when filling out his application, so it was rejected.
Magni said he now has his own lawyers working on a new visa application and that it will take between seven and 15 days for his application to be accepted. He said he would definitely miss the first concert.
Magni finished fourth in Rock Star Supernova.
