Photographer Elisabetta Rosso came to Iceland and used drone technology to take pictures of some of the most popular destinations in the country. This is really worth watching if you are planning a trip to Iceland or want to recall some of your favorite places. Elisabetta’s introduction to the video is as follows:
“The drone technology allows us to fly and so… let’s fly on ICELAND!
We would like to present you some amazing and exciting aerial landscape of Iceland, may be as you have never seen before. Fly with us over the icelandic waterfall up to the icebergs of the glacial lagoons. We have driven our Defender on the Icelandic ring trying to follow the best weather conditions to fly and we have recorded about 32 hours of flight.
In order of appearance you can fly on:
* Foss a Síðu
* Vík í Mýrdal
* Thakgil (Þakgil)
* Kirkjubæjarklaustur (Klaustur)
* Svartifoss (Skaftafell National Park)
* Ásbyrgi Canyon
* Námafjall (Mývatn)
* Sólheimasandur (DC-3)
* Off road to Askja
* Rivers’s ford
* Pseudo crater in the volcanic area of Lake Mývatn
