A comedy show in English entitled “Let’s Talk Iceland” organized by the theater group Kradak will take place in Restaurant Reykjavík February 7-13. The show is a monologue and parodies the history and culture of Iceland from the settlement to present day.
Spectators will encounter Vikings who will whisk them away on an “unforgettable journey,” a press release promises. Spectators are invited to participate in a few of the acts and if they find something unclear they are welcome to ask questions at any time.
Seven actors divide the shows between them: Einar Adalsteinsson, Gudmundur Lúdvík Thorvaldsson, Gudbjörg Ása Jóns Huldudóttir, Sandra Gísladóttir, Sigrídur Björk Baldursdóttir, Snaedís Ingadóttir and Tinna Thorvalds Önnudóttir.
The monologue was written by Anna Bergljót Thorarensen.
Each show begins at 8 pm. For booking and information, email [email protected].
