The annual Kraumlistinn music awards were announced last week. Twenty albums were nominated this year, and as in the previous two years, six albums were awarded a prize.

The Kraumlisinn music fund supports new and exciting projects by Icelandic musicians by drawing attention to their work and helping to distribute their albums to music representatives at festivals, record labels and agencies abroad.
This year’s winners are:
