British actress Keira Knightley will spend Valentine’s Day in Iceland; her boyfriend Rupert Friend allegedly surprised her with the trip. A friend of the actress, who would not be named, said Knightley was very excited about the visit to Iceland.
“It sounded like it cost a fortune. I think she was very surprised,” the anonymous friend told the press. The couple, who met while shooting Pride and Prejudice in 2005, apparently like traveling to remote places for privacy, Morgunbladid reports.
The article did not mention where in Iceland the celebrity couple would spend their Valentine’s Day. Knightley recently announced that despite going on romantic holidays together, she and Friend are not planning to get married anytime soon.
