Juventus Gets Young Icelandic Football Player

Eighteen year old footballer Hörður Björgvin Magnússon who has played for Fram in Reykjavík will sign a contract in early January with Italian football giants Juventus, who are now at the top of Italian A-League with AC Milan. Juventus from Turin has won the Italian league a record 27 times and the Champions League twice, in 1985 and 1996. Hörður Björgvin, a center back, has played 23 international games for Iceland’s U17 and U19 squads, and is currently the captain of the U19’s.

With Juventus he will play with big international stars like Alessandro Del Piero, Gianluigi Buffon, and Luca Toni.
