Icelandic Musicians Perform at Danish Spot

Two Icelandic bands, Celestine and Hjaltalín, and singer-songwriter Hafdís Huld of Gus Gus, are scheduled to perform during Danish music festival Spot, held between June 5 and 7, presenting a mix of recent Danish and other Nordic bands, as well as more established international acts.

Approximately 100 bands will perform during the festival, according to the Iceland Music Export (IMX) newsletter.

Both “post metallers” Celestine and “eclectic sonic wunderkinds” Hjaltalín have received considerable attention in Iceland and are now preparing to take on the rest of the world.
