Icelandic Gaming Company Announces “Godsrule”

Icelandic gaming company Gogogic presented its upcoming game Godsrule at E3 (Electronic Entertainment Expo), the world’s largest computer game convention, in Los Angeles earlier this month.

Godsrule is a cross-platform fantasy MMOG loosely based on Norse mythology which will soon be launched simultaneously on and iPad.

“Set in a lush post-apocalyptic fantasy world, Godsrule mixes social gameplay with established RTS elements to create a unique cross-platform experience,” Gogogic writes in description of the game.

“Players are in charge of managing their empire and controlling their armies in […] live battles with up to four players at once. To prevail over competitors, players must dominate contested territories, collect scarce resources, train units, master powerful spells, and explore treacherous lands,” the press release continues.

Godsrule is designed both for casual and hardcore players.
