Garðar Ólafsson, student at the Icelandic Film School, recently published Powerful Iceland—a short film featuring both time-lapse and drone footage of stunning Icelandic landscapes.
“I have a drone, but I also use technology where several hundred pictures are put together like video footage,” Garðar told Morgunblaðið on Monday.
He started filming as a hobby, but now hopes to make a career for himself in film.
“I have started selling clips. The goal is to sell this sort of footage to tour companies.”
