Icelandic champion of mixed martial arts Gunnar Nelson beat English wrestler Michael Russel in the final battle of the Fitness Expo tournament in Iceland on Sunday.

According to Morgunbladid, Nelson remains unbeaten and is among the best fighters in the world.
Russel fought well at the beginning of the fight but then Nelson got the upper hand and won the fight after a struggle of four minutes and eight seconds, as stated on mjolnir.is.
There was a good atmosphere in the Laugardalshöll arena where the fight took place and spectators cheered Nelson on. Before the fight, Russel was considered to be the most likely English fighter to beat Nelson.
