Hrafnhildur (English title: A Boy Like Her: A Personal Story About an Unavoidable Journey), a documentary about gender correction by Icelandic director Ragnhildur Steinunn Jónsdóttir was awarded a special jury prize in the documentary category at the 55th Nordic Film Days in Lübeck, Germany, over the weekend.
Over 160 films were shown at the festival, including eight Icelandic, ruv.is reports.
The film won Best Documentary at the Icelandic Film and Television Awards (Eddas) earlier this year.
