“We had one huge picture of a costume printed out and sent it as an entry to this competition. Then I suddenly got a message from work that I had been nominated to the awards,” Einarsdóttir told Fréttabladid.
Einarsdóttir began working for CCP, the author of the ever-popular EVE Online, in Iceland two years ago. She now works at the company’s subsidiary in Atlanta.
In February 2008, Einarsdóttir told online newspaper bb.is that the goal is for part of the costumes to be turned into real clothing so that players can dress as their favorite characters.
